Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Responsible for customer interaction, documentation review and system setups Maintain a detailed and holistic understanding of the client onboarding processes while adhering to agreed service levels Lead and provide the highest level of customer service to internal customers and partners by developing partnership and continuous open communication Serve as an advisor and point of contact to cross-functional teams in identifying potential solutions/opportunities to reduce manual touch points and streamline processes Identify and execute operational, client experience and regulatory projects associated to the Onboarding process Utilize well-developed working knowledge of the business & the upstream and downstream influences Escalate, manage and report any breaches, quality or risk issues on a timely and transparent manner Working on shift: Shift based schedule, 8 hour shifts, starts at 9:00-17:00 and 15:00-23:00 (cover for EMEA and NAM) 1-3+ years of experience in client-facing operational process Excellent communication skills including verbal and writing.
