Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis Review Reference Data updates made within various internal systems Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders Own ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion Provide tangible metrics to Management Working hours: 9:00-17:00 (cover for EMEA) Very good English knowledge (written & spoken) Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheet as an asset Manage various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment Take ownership of allocated work and is accountable Bachelor's/University degree or financial services related qualifications as an asset ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------

Responsibilities
