JOB OVERVIEW

Primary responsibilities include:
COLA/CLIA preparedness and OSHA compliance
Maintain existing Quality Assurance Program with continuous improved patient care and customer satisfaction
Oversee all Quality Control and necessary corrective action
Assist with management of all aspects of employee hiring, training and professional development
Oversee employee competency assessments
Oversee compliance education including OSHA and OIG
With Medical Director, continuous evaluation of in-house test menu
Manage vendor relationships including requests for both equipment and consumables
Analyzer implementation, including authoring SOPs

REQUIREMENTS

Prior laboratory management experience (4+ years)
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations and procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word)
MT/MLS with ASCP licensure required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
