Job Description Reference List Coordinator Join our Baker Hughes Team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Reference Coordinator to support product and sales/project teams by providing accurate and timely reference lists to sales representatives and channel partners. This role will work cross-functionally with commercial teams to validate project details, coordinate permissions with customers, and maintain a structured reference database. Additionally, the coordinator will collaborate with marketing specialists to develop and manage a case study repository based on recently closed-won projects. Partner with the best As a Reference List Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Maintain and update reference databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of project and customer information. Coordinate with sales teams, channel partners, and project managers to gather and validate reference details. Hand-on experience with Database Tool (Power BI). Prepare and deliver reference lists for proposals, bids, and customer requests in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines for sharing customer and project references. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and commercial teams to support reference-related initiatives. Coordinate with end users/customers to obtain permission for reference use when required. Work with content editor and performance marketing specialists to develop, manage, and update a case study database based on recently closed-won projects. Monitor and track usage of references to maintain confidentiality and adherence to agreements. Generate reports and insights on reference program performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Other duties as assigned. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in a coordination or marketing support role; experience in industrial or B2B sectors is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems or reference management tools is an advantage. Comfortable working with data and generating reports. Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with internal teams and external customers.
