Your Role:
The Treasury Technology & Digitalisation team is responsible for the frictionless performance of the Treasury IT infrastructure.
We provide the technical solutions to all subsidiaries of our company to perform their internal and external Treasury transactions and run the systems of our Inhouse Bank. We drive our global projects in a hands-on and result-driven way, always focusing on excellent service delivery. Treasury Technology & Digitalisation is the reliable business partner when it comes to stable financial processes of the Inhouse Banks.
Our projects include roll-outs of new functionalities, onboarding of new subsidiaries, system upgrades and process automation. In your role you will be responsible for the future of our centralized payment factory, dealing with our external vendors, Treasury teams in Darmstadt, Manila and Montevideo and internal stakeholders in IT, Business Services, Audit, Compliance, Tax and others. You will implement automation together with our partners or develop your own automation solutions. You report to the Head of Treasury Technology & Digitalisation.

Who you are:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration or a combination of those disciplines
  • Min, 4 years of work experience in Corporate Treasury or in an IT department of a corporate or a bank
  • Broad IT knowledge plus experience and usage of coding with Python, Java or similar is definitively expected
  • Knowledge in system administration, vendor management, data warehouses and SQL scripts are preferred
  • Knowledge in IT security and network related topics (e.g. file encryption, signatures, SFTP etc.) are welcome
  • Profound skills in Cash- and Risk Management relevant IT systems would be helpful
  • High affinity to automate and digitalize processes
  • Solid experience as project manager in an international team
  • Excellent social, communication and English negotiation skills
  • Strong team player being capable of handling multiple priorities
