Job Details Job Location: Healthy Beginnings South - Boca Raton - Boca Raton, FL 33487 Salary Range: $20.36 Hourly POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for coordinating Early Learning Coalition (ELC) referrals, office services and related activities, and for providing administrative/secretarial support to the Compliance Manager and staff members of the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency as assigned. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming correspondence and calls, including screening inquiries, prioritizing communications, and providing timely follow-up or referrals as appropriate. Coordinate and process referrals from the Early Learning Coalition (ELC), including assigning cases, contacting families, and scheduling appointments in designated systems. Schedule assessments and appointments for Developmental Consultants, Outreach Educators, and related staff using Microsoft Outlook, and communicate updates to program leadership. Serve as a primary liaison between Healthy Beginnings staff and community partners, including the Early Learning Coalition and child care providers. Prepare correspondence, reports, data summaries, and program materials; complete accurate data entry, documentation, and record audits to ensure compliance and data integrity. Support program operations by tracking referrals and outcomes, maintaining case files, assisting with coverage at other offices as needed, and participating in process improvement efforts. Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent. Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree. Two years of related experience Bilingual English/Creole required. Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required.
