The role We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Referral Partner to own and execute our growth strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and enhance our brand recognition. This role requires strategic thinking with hands-on execution, which will be crucial in achieving our business objectives. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Qlub’s expansion, working closely with our partners to deliver frictionless guest experiences and empower restaurants to thrive. What You’ll Be Driving Grow the user base community by acquiring new restaurants to our platform, talking to restaurant owners, waiters, and/or restaurant managers on a daily basis. Drive the end-to-end business development process, from prospecting to deal closure. Conduct cold walk-ins and cold calls to introduce company products/services and establish rapport with potential clients. Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Research and identify suitable merchant partners and key decision-makers, arrange meetings & assist partners from the initiation of first contact through to full operationalisation, taking full ownership of your sales funnel. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for restaurants Qualifications 1-2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the fintech/F&B industry. Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads and customer interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective negotiation and networking abilities. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically. Self-motivated and adaptable, with a result-oriented mindset. Comfortable with cold walk-ins and cold calling to establish connections. Strong time management skills to efficiently manage daily activities and maintain a steady pipeline buildup.
