Recovering Hope is seeking a Referral Relations Representative to help grow admissions through strategic outreach, strong partnerships, and data-informed relationship management. Location: Remote position with travel required Job Type: Full Time - Occasional weekend hours Wage: $50,000 - $80,000 per year based on qualifications Position Summary: The Referral Relations Representative drives admissions growth by building and managing referral relationships through targeted outreach, presentations, and community engagement. Serves as a key liaison between referral partners and internal teams, using data to prioritize high-impact partnerships and meet outreach, referral, and census goals. Primary Responsibilities: Drive admissions by actively prospecting, developing, and managing a portfolio of referral partners (hospitals, counties, probation, social services, clinics, employers, schools, and community agencies). Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline through scheduled in-person visits, phone outreach, email campaigns, and follow-up strategies. Conduct structured sales calls, presentations, and site visits to educate partners on services, levels of care, and referral processes. Serve as a key liaison between referral sources and internal admissions/clinical teams to support smooth, timely conversions. Track referral activity, conversion rates, and admissions outcomes; use data to guide strategy and prioritize high-impact partnerships. Meet established outreach and admissions performance goals (visits, new accounts, referral growth, census impact). Identify new market opportunities, untapped referral sources, and geographic growth areas. Develop strategic partnerships and joint initiatives to expand Recovering Hope’s referral network and community presence. Represent Recovering Hope at conferences, professional events, and community meetings with a strong business-development focus. Execute targeted outreach campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and referrals among specific populations and regions. Support digital and field marketing efforts that directly support referral growth (campaigns, newsletters, presentations, sales materials). Assist with development of outreach tools such as brochures, flyers, one-pagers, email templates, and referral packets. Contribute to blog topics, social posts, and stories that strengthen Recovering Hope’s credibility and visibility with partners. Deliver professional presentations, in-services, and training to referral partners and community organizations. Participate in community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities with a sales and referral-growth mindset. May assist with alumni engagement and employee wellness initiatives as they relate to brand visibility and referral development. Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities, contacts, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports on referral trends, new partnerships, admissions impact, and outreach ROI. Collaborate with leadership to adjust sales strategies based on performance data and organizational goals. Requirements High school diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and regionally. Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, outreach, admissions, or relationship management Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Comfortable working toward measurable goals and performance outcomes. Preferred: Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or referral tracking platforms. Behavioral health, healthcare, or human services marketing/sales experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or healthcare preferred).
