Referral Representative I - Wood Dale, IL, Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pay range: $17.20 - $23.98 / hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Handle all internal and external customer contact regarding Referral Testing. Receive, resolve and follow up with complex customer issues. Responsibilities

This role involves handling all internal and external customer contact related to Referral Testing, including receiving, resolving, and following up on complex customer issues. The representative will also act as a liaison between internal/external customers and Referral vendors.
