• Review clinical intakes.
• Identify clients’ needs and match the appropriate provider with client using our proprietary database.
• Recruit mental health professionals to the Workplace Options network.
• Enter provider information into our database/case management system.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of our clients’ information.
• Communicate provider information to our clients.
• Proactively manage caseload.
• Any other delegated responsibilities and specially assigned duties, as management deems necessary
