POSITION SUMMARY:

The Referral Supervisor is responsible in assisting in the success of the Referral Center through efficient referral processing, comprehensive resource, dynamic training, and pragmatic operational oversight. Under the direction of the Referral Manager and/or ADCO, this position collaborates in referral system improvements, performing referral orientation and training, and provides direct supervision of the referral staff. The Referral Supervisor works collaboratively with all members of the Health Care Team.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

1. High School Diploma required
2. Successful completion of a medical terminology course required
3. Current BLS certification and bi-annual maintenance required
4. Two (2) years clinical management/supervisory experience preferred
5. Three (3) years outpatient clinic experience preferred
