Referral Testing Manager - ESO - San Juan Capistrano, CA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay range: $102,500 - $184,150 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Responsible for ensuring uniformly high-quality service to meet established operational and financial targets and customer requirements in all areas of Referral Testing. Oversees the development of systematic approaches for assuring the highest levels of quality service to our customers. Responsible for managing complex Test Send Out procedures and contractual agreements for both Esoteric testing to other Esoteric business units and out of network laboratories. Responsible for overseeing multiple departments of centralized TSO functions for Esoteric business units across multiple sites.
