Referral Testing Supervisor - San Juan Capistrano, CA, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Pay range: $68,640 - $116,800 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Referral Testing Supervisor supervise all functions within Referral Testing Department. Responsible for overseeing department activities such as daily operations of Referral Testing, compliance training, personnel and competency, monitoring quality, productivity and functions related to customer satisfaction. Ensure maintenance of a safe, ergonomically sound, professional environment. Must know and understand all functions of the Referral Testing Department.
