We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Referrals and Assessments Coordinator to join our dynamic Business Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about mental health and experienced in brand development to make a real impact in an entry-level marketing and coordination role.

EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED)

  • Referrals and assessments: 1 year
  • Marketing or communications: 1 year
  • Mental Health and Learning Disabilities: 1 year
  • Degree in Psychology of similar
Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments (face-to-face or via Microsoft Teams) to evaluate client needs and readiness.
  • Follow up with clients through phone and email communication, offering guidance and support.
  • Provide clear information about the referral process and coordinate meetings with referral partners.
  • Process incoming referrals from third-party agencies in line with internal protocols.
  • Produce detailed assessment reports and liaise with relevant teams to coordinate placements, funding, and transitions.
  • Monitor each resident’s journey from referral to move-in and eventual step-down.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships across local authorities, NHS trusts, and voluntary organisations.
  • Promote SLS brand awareness and visibility through various marketing channels.
  • Ensure all marketing content is consistent with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
  • Support with contract negotiation and partner engagement.
  • Monitor outcomes of marketing and referral activity, ensuring effectiveness and value for money.
  • Undertake cost-benefit analysis of campaigns and opportunities to support business development.
