Refinement Team Leader - Rotherham Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday 05:00 – 14:00, Tuesday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00 Salary: £34,800 per annum Key Responsibilities: · Ensure a high level of health and safety is always maintained by reporting any issues or incorrect procedures to the management team. · To oversee, control and to be the responsible person for the day to day operating and monitoring of the MRF. · To ensure a safe, clean and productive work environment is always maintained. · To report daily to the MBT supervisors and management team on the performance of the plant. · Monitoring and providing light maintenance of equipment through autonomous maintenance practice. · To lead and mentor Refinement Operatives and MSOs. · Overall responsibility of Refinement (MRF) including its outputs and quality. · To drive and lead change in the process. · Attend CI meetings and take away actions. · To carry out any other such reasonable job-related tasks that the company may require. Essential criteria: · Good understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance. · Good people/customer service skills and to be able to communicate at all levels throughout the company and externally. · Operation of similar plant equipment. · To be able to drive performance and meet KPI’s. · Computer literate. · Previous experience in leading a team. · Knowledge of controlling a rota. · Willingness to manage and lead projects within the team. Responsibilities

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and monitoring of the MRF, ensuring high standards of health, safety, and productivity are maintained. This includes leading and mentoring operatives, reporting performance, and taking overall responsibility for the refinement outputs and quality.
