Job Description 主要职责：遵守和执行公司SHE和食品安全政策；完成定期的预防性维修清单并对有问题的设备进行维修；负责按照生产计划及SOP对精炼线进行开、停机及正常生产操作，保证生产的连续稳定性；完成公司制定的员工绩效考核KPI目标；完成值班长交办的其他工作工作内容： 1. 安全：遵守和执行公司SHE和食品安全政策；监督劳务人员和外来人员作业施工情况；完成现场安全整改；认真学习SHE、PSM各项培训；申请、回收、关闭作业许可证； 2. 熟练掌握水化、磷脂、精炼生产线操作技能，其中包括中和工段，脱色工段，脱臭工段，水化工段，磷脂工段，严格按照各工段作业指导书要求进行操作，所有生产线平稳连续运行； 3. 清楚原料、生产过程、产品、副产品质量指标，出现偏差能够马上调整处置， 4. 按照使用说明书对离心机、多效混合器、过滤机、液环真空泵、高压锅炉、冷水机组、屏蔽离心泵袋式过滤器、板式和列管式换热器，齿轮泵、螺杆泵、机械搅拌器等设备进行规范操作。按时巡视所辖工段的设备运行情况，执行设备维护保养制度，严禁违章操作； 5. 当班负责岗位区域现场卫生；负责划分责任区域的设备卫生清洁和记录， 6. 负责液碱、磷酸、柠檬酸、白土、皂脚、磷脂、脂肪酸、废白土的收发货工作；生产过程领用相关辅料及台账。 7. 工艺参数准确、真实、清楚填写当班记录表；认真填值班长日报表；记录当班工作事项、生产异常参数调整、需交待未完成事项； 8. 完成员工绩效考核KPI目标， 9. 加强班组内、班组间同事之间的沟通交流，发挥团队协作精神； 10. 完成值班长交办的其他工作 Qualifications 任职资格： 1. 高中或中技学历以上油脂加工、食品工程等相关专业毕业； 2.一年以上油脂精炼操作工作经验； 3. 熟悉油脂精炼加工工艺； 4.良好的沟通和协调能力； 5.认真负责的态度、良好的分析和解决问题的能力备注：该岗位需要倒班，不能接受者请勿乱投简历薪资福利待遇：基本工资+加班费+夜班津贴+年度奖金+高温补贴（6-10月），享受带薪年假/带薪病假/商业保险//团队建设/年会/年节礼品/生日礼品/入职周年礼品公司提供一日三餐膳食，上下班班车（途径黄埔夏园/生活区/青年路等，东莞麻涌市场/碧桂园等） Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
