Job Description 岗位概述：精炼主管负责根据公司安全，食品安全，产品质量，成本控制等要求，组织，计划和管理精炼及污水车间的生产活动。制定并回顾各项安全操作程序，培训员工并确保员工熟悉各项安全操作程序，控制生产过程的安全/工艺安全/食品安全等风险，监控生产过程，确保产品质量符合质量和客户要求，完成生产计划任务，确保各项成本及得率在预算范围内。制定员工绩效考核和个人发展目标并定期回顾，提高精炼和污水厂员工的敬业度和操作技能。主要职责：根据公司SHE及食品安全政策，制定并定期更新安全及食品安全相关操作程序，组织员工培训，并确任培训效果，控制人员、设备和工厂操作方面的安全及食品安全风险；定期进行工厂安全和食品安全检查，检查工作现场并签发许可证，分享并参与事故和幸免事故调查，参加内外部组织的SHE及食品安全体系的审计，并落实行动计划，监控安全和食品安全等程序在精炼部门的执行。参加公司生产计划会议，组织计划和管理每日精炼及污水厂的生产活动，制定并定期更新生产操作程序；每天参加生产早会，了解生产效率，能源及辅料消耗，精炼得率，污水排放指标等关键KPI，发现异常及时查找原因并落实改进计划，每日检查车间班组报表，生产质量报表，确保产品符合公司质量要求和客户要求。每月检查月度报表，确保各项生产数据准确。每月和员工及管理层分享车间生产关键绩效，收集并落实合理化改进建议。和维修部门合作，开展设备资产健康评估，定期回顾备件库存；部门内开展操作关怀活动，执行工单程序；根据生产计划协调好维修活动，提高设备运行可靠性，减少紧急停机率。负责精炼CI改进工作，执行早会流程，推动5S，kaizen，绿带等活动，收集合理化及创新建议；参加精炼小组会议，学习并分享精炼BP，优化精炼工艺控制参数，推动精炼节能降耗等工艺优化项目的实施。根据部门绩效目标，设定并定期回顾精炼车间和污水厂员工的绩效目标和个人发展目标，定期和员工沟通，提高员工的敬业度和岗位操作技能，营造积极向上的团队氛围。按照DJK项目计划，负责精炼和污水的工艺设计，积极和工艺设计商沟通，提出并落实优化建议。按照DJK施工计划，负责精炼和污水等区域项目实施过程中安全，质量，进度管理。参加新操作员，值班长的招聘工作，负责培训新员工，组织计划好精炼和污水的调试工作，确保精炼和污水按照项目时间要求投入运营。 Qualifications 技能知识油脂精炼加工或化工类理论知识安全和工艺安全方面的理论知识设备可靠性维修方面的理论知识 HACCP等食品安全管理体系知识工作经历 3年以上精炼车间生产管理经验 2年以上污水车间运行管理经验教育背景食品加工/油脂加工/化工本科学历语言能力能够使用英语进行口语交流，良好的英语读写能力其他相关技能熟悉MS Office等办公软件熟悉AUTOCAD软件 Additional Information Additional Information for the job What We Offer - A dynamic and stimulating international environment, which embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. - Learning & development opportunities. - Competitive compensation and benefits. - Insurance systems & schemes.
