We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapists to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress through therapeutic massage techniques. You will be responsible for providing high-quality services tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Therapist with a valid provincial license and insurance.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common conditions treated through massage therapy.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatments and address client concerns.

• Perform various types of massage, reflexology, or therapies permitted within your license.
• Assess clients’ physical conditions and discuss their goals to create personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively when discussing client conditions and treatment options.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel welcome, comfortable, and valued during their sessions.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans, aftercare instructions, and any necessary follow-up sessions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.
