REQUIREMENTS

  • Engineer with 5 years of experience in acid and non-acid stimulations, acid fractures and propped fractures.
  • Knowledge of design Fracture operations.
  • Knowledge of equipment to perform operations.
  • Strong follow-up and process tracking skills.
  • Experience in external customer management.
  • Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, works with customers to develop technical solutions for subsurface problems during job planning and execution. Presents solutions to stakeholders based on subsurface knowledge. Ability to utilize stimulation design software to develop and provide assistance for fracturing treatment designs in a given area. Aids in job execution by providing on location technical support. Works on value add projects for both internal and external customers based on technical knowledge and developments. Projects may incorporate multi PSLs. Works alongside technology and operations team to aid in technology roll outs and development. Provides assistance to Business Development team to address technical needs of customers. Works with Supply Chain to guide inventory decisions with a focus on cost and DOI efficiencies. Must be able to work independently. Assists with management and development of Associate Technical Professionals and Tech Professionals. Skills typically developed as a Technical Professional and completion of courses focused on reservoir and formation evaluation, well completion strategies, and well performance analysis. This is a field based role with exposure to Business Development and additional roles in PE Operations. Knowledge in multi PSL operations preferred. Completion of an undergraduate degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline and at least 5 years of PE operations / engineering experience are required.
