REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR – LUXURY WELLNESS STUDIO | LONDON

Location: Multiply location throughout London
Contract: Full-time (40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
Salary: £25,000 – £34,000 + Share of Revenue

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering dynamic and effective Reformer Pilates classes that inspire and challenge
• Playing a key role in the member journey — from front desk greetings to supporting studio ambience
• Supporting studio operations — helping maintain a clean, welcoming space
• Taking the opportunity to grow your client base with 1:1 personal training sessions outside your regular hours

About You:

• Level 3 fitness qualification (essential)
• Background in boutique or high-end fitness environments (preferred)
• Experience in any movement-based disciplines – Reformer Pilates, Barre, Pole, Yoga or Dance – a major plus
• High energy, amazing with clients, and a team player
• Passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger
