Key Responsibilities - Teach engaging 45–50 minute Reformer Pilates classes following brand methodology and format. - Deliver a premium client experience through professional cueing, strong communication, and motivational energy. - Maintain studio presentation standards — punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism are essential. - Build and nurture member relationships to strengthen community engagement and retention. - Participate in workshops, events, and team initiatives that support continuous development and brand growth. What We’re Looking For - Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, Polestar, BASI, or equivalent) - Minimum 1 year experience of instructing Group Reformer Pilates, small-group training, and private Pilates sessions - Energetic, polished, and professional personality with strong communication skills - Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage) - Passionate about results, movement, and fostering community connection - Adaptable and able to follow established class structure and delivery standards Package & Benefits - Salary: AED 12,000 – 20,000/month (based on attendees and number of classes) - Visa - Medical Insurance - Annual Leave: 30 calendar days paid - Flight Benefit: One return ticket every 2 years - Uniform: Provided (branded apparel) - Additional Perks: *Complimentary gym membership *Discounts on partner brands and in-house products *Access to staff education and internal workshops. *Exposure and opportunities in brand campaigns and community events. *Education Sponsorship: on a case-by-case basis for workshops and certifications About the Environment This facility represents the next level of fitness in Abu Dhabi — combining a modern, high-performance atmosphere with a strong sense of community.
