The Pilates Movement is an established Reformer based Pilates studio operating out of the heart of historic Godalming, Farnham and Guildford, Surrey. Our beautiful studios and amazing workouts inspire clients and trainers alike. Our ethos is to provide the best quality Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes, outstanding customer service and a result’s driven progression for every member being up to speed with the latest Pilates trends.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Head Trainer who wants to make a difference to a company on an individual basis, along with developing a career in an exciting new environment with great incentives. What’s the job:
- Manage and work between our Godalming, Guildford and Farnham site. All within 20 minutes of each other.
- Conduct 10 Personal Training sessions on the Reformer in our Private PT studio weekly
- Deliver 5 classes per week, acting as the cover teacher and not working to a set rota
- You will be working every Saturday morning rotating between studios and 4 week days.
- Manage, mentor and inspire a team of instructors.
- Champion and develop The Pilates Movement Brand
- Create and implement new strategies to help studio growth and improvement.
- Ensure quality and consistency of classes that adhere to a structured Framework.
- Weekly Strategy Catch up with Owners to ensure KPI’s are being met and club growth is on target
- Build and develop our Social Media Presence (this can be discussed on an individual basis)
- Create the culture of the club in line with our ethos
- Manage the shift rota and staff invoices
- Manage timetable on a day to day and month to month basis
- General day to day running of studio and stock controls
- Potential to start leading, delivering and developing our Dynamic Reformer Academy
Your Experience
- Anatomy knowledge
- Reformer Pilates Teacher Qualification
- Previous management experience a bonus but not essential based on other work experience.
- Team Player / People driven
- Grasp and enjoyment of Social Media (this can be discussed whether this is a key element of the role)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the leisure industry
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good team leader
- Excellent customer service skills
Package
- Annual Salary of £45,000k
- Annual Leave and other entitlements as expected in a salaried role and not available with Free Lance work
- Option to work 4 days per week with salary being a pro-rata of £45,000k
- On Site parking
- Opportunity to supplement income further by doing out of hours Personal Training sessions at a rate of £37.50 per 55 minute session
