Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the refractory installation team.
  • Manage all aspects of refractory installation on site.
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance to meet site and legislative requirements.
  • Manage workplace to maintain compliance within the requirements of client requirements.
  • Ensure jobs and documentation are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Run morning pre-starts and organise the work plan for the day-to-day activities.
  • Complete risk assessments and complete JSEAs as required.
    The work can take place in confined spaces, and occasionally hot conditions. Potential candidates would be expected to travel outside of Auckland regularly to provide this service to our valued clients.
