We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. This role requires the ability to read and interpret schematics, as well as demonstrate leadership qualities in a construction environment. The Air Conditioning Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems, contributing to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in air conditioning systems.
• Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively.
• Experience in equipment repair and maintenance within the HVAC field.
• Background in construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC or related fields are preferred.
