Job Summary: We are seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience working with R744 refrigeration systems alongside our assembly technicians in a warehouse environment. This role focuses on the fabrication and assembly of R744 refrigeration racks, including extensive brazing, piping work, and system assembly support. Key Responsibilities: * Perform brazing of copper refrigeration piping systems  * This is a full-time in-house position with the possibility of some periodic travel opportunities * Test, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial refrigeration and CO₂ systems * Primary and secondary roles supporting the installation of new systems * Follow all company safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety and quality * Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately and efficiently * Participate in the development and review of product documentation * Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to solve complex technical issues * Receive training on the assembly and servicing of our R744 refrigeration product lines Qualifications and Skills: * Red Seal Certificate of Qualification in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (asset)  * Valid Class 5 Driver’s License * Valid Gas Fitter Class A License (asset) * Experience with commercial/industrial refrigeration and HVAC equipment * Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills * Physically capable of performing all duties required for the role * Valid passport required BENEFITS * RRSP Matching Program * Extended Health, Vision, and Dental plan * Training and CPD allowances
