Role: Refrigeration B Operator
Shift: Straight Days or Afternoons
Payrate: $37.83

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class “B” Refrigeration Operator certification
• Possess experience working within a TSSA-regulated ammonia facility
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Ammonia Refrigeration Systems.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, with food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to read and write English

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the refrigeration plant.
• Maintain and operate ammonia refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns related to utilities to minimize production impact.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of equipment and infrastructure to ensure proper operations.
• Monitor and maintain water treatment for cooling towers, ensuring compliance with TSSA regulations.
