The Refrigeration and Energy Efficiency Manager will lead & deliver the operational efficiency of the entire refrigeration estate, ensuring optimal energy performance and minimal environmental impact across all supermarket, logistics & convenience sites.
This role will be accountable for rigorously overseeing and challenging our facilities management providers, ensuring the delivery of durable and energy-efficient refrigeration solutions that consistently uphold the most efficient operational standards and extend the lifespan of our refrigeration assets.
The role will also include leading energy investigations and driving energy efficiency initiatives throughout the estate, predominantly but not limited to refrigeration.
This position follows a hybrid model with a 5 day working week. Our team colleagues work from the office or store 3 days per week typically.
This role will include frequent business travel, it is essential that applicants hold full driver’s licences. We would ask that applicants reside a reasonable distance from our Bradford office.
