Reporting to your Field Operations Supervisor, you will work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships. The successful candidate will be an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technician, who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes. Your cluster will be based in the Gold Coast. Your key responsibilities will include: Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services, on multiple high-end state of the art refrigeration sites. Conduct frequent Planned Preventative Maintenance so that critical breakdown issues do not occur. Respond to reactive Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner. Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders. Work on a rotating on-call roster, 13 weeks per year. To be considered for this role: Practical experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC in a supermarket environment Refrigerant Handling Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence Current Driver’s Licence Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Scissor/ Elevate Work Platform licence – highly regarded.
