We are currently seeking a motivated Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join our team, supporting both site management and the mobile maintenance team across our Rouse Hill and Roseville operations. About the Role Reporting to the Supervisor, this is a hands-on, customer-focused role responsible for the maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair, testing, commissioning, and certification of HVAC and chilled water systems in accordance with specifications and standards. You will work across a broad range of HVAC activities, including commercial and industrial maintenance and installation as required. This role places a strong emphasis on safety, technical excellence, and customer service, and includes administrative responsibilities to ensure all work is completed, documented, and closed out in line with UGL and client requirements. Roster / Working Conditions This position operates on a rotating roster to support continuous operations: 2 weeks day shift: Monday to Friday 2 weeks night shift: Sunday to Thursday Flexibility is required to meet operational and client demands.
