Description Kalos Services is investing in the next generation of skilled trades professionals. We are hiring Apprentices for Refrigeration Installation, Plumbing, and Building Automation (BAS) Technician career paths. This is a paid, structured 90-day training program designed to teach motivated individuals these trades from the ground up. No prior trade experience is required—just mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the drive to build a long-term career. Kalos Services: Paid 90-Day Training Program Location: On-site - Clermont, FL (you are required to to provide your own transportation to and from training) Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly What You’ll Do During the 90-Day training program Participate in hands-on, paid training led by experienced Kalos professionals Learn core mechanical, electrical, and safety fundamentals Receive trade-specific instruction based on your assigned career path Work alongside field teams to gain real-world jobsite exposure Develop the habits, standards, and discipline required in commercial construction environments We will provide all the tools and supplies needed for the training.
