Description Responsibilities: Maintain refrigeration systems including multi-compressor rack systems and single-condensing systems. Diagnose refrigeration issues in supermarkets, convenience stores, and cold storage facilities. Collaborate and support other technicians in the field. Attend training in the areas of customer service, time management, technical skills, and best practices. Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain quality standards. Lead by example and inspire coworkers to take pride in their work. Complete service tickets and communicate with store personnel. To manage inventory of parts and supplies. Requirements Desired Qualifications: Preferred 2-5 years of Commercial Refrigeration experience. Vocational technical training is a plus. High School Diploma or greater. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Ability to service and install. Must have a skillset in commercial refrigeration products, installation, and mechanical application. Understanding of refrigeration systems Strong leadership skills and work ethic are a must. Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically. EPA certification required.
