As the Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) Eligibility Specialist, you will provide customer-facing services to receive applications, assess eligibility, complete enrollment, and provide case maintenance and management for RCA eligible residents. This position is responsible for receiving documentation from applicants, counties and community partners, reviewing and processing documentation to determine individual eligibility for the service, communicating eligibility results to applicants, maintaining active cases, and ensuring accurate case file documentation in multiple state data systems.
The incumbent will coordinate closely with other community-based agencies funded by the Resettlement Programs Office to advance the goal of self-sufficiency through employment for program participants through connection to employment and other relevant services.
