Role Summary:   We are seeking a hands-on Refurbishment Technician to join our growing team. This position involves inspecting, refurbishing, repairing, and maintaining mobile surveillance trailers and other equipment used in security and monitoring operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical repair skills, computer proficiency, and a willingness to travel to other Stallion locations and work sites as needed.   Role Priorities / Responsibilities: * Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mobile surveillance trailers, including electrical, mechanical, and structural components. * Perform system upgrades and retrofit work on surveillance equipment, lighting, generators, and communication systems. * Diagnose computer-based systems and ensure proper software operation for remote monitoring functions. * Maintain detailed service records and documentation of repairs performed. * Travel to customer sites or remote locations to provide mobile service and support. * Operate basic shop tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently. * Load, unload, and move trailer components and equipment (up to 50 pounds as required). * Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.  * You will be required to operate a Forklift and work on ladders.   Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  * High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred). * Experience in trailer maintenance, auto mechanics, electrical systems, or similar fields. * Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, diagnostic software, and data entry). * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Willingness to travel and work in varying environments as needed.   Preferred Qualifications, Education or Certifications (if applicable):  * Familiarity with surveillance or security system components. * Experience with solar, generator, or battery systems. * Knowledge of low-voltage 12-24V wiring and networking principles.   Stallion Infrastructure Services is an equal opportunity employer.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
