We’re looking for an E-Commerce & Retail Assistant to join our Brisbane CBD team and help us deliver a first-class customer experience both online and in-store. This is a hands-on role working with iPhones, Samsung devices, iPads, and more.

• Assist walk-in customers looking to buy refurbished iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices, and iPads.
• Process online sales and update product listings for refurbished iPhones, Samsung smartphones, and iPads with SEO-friendly descriptions.
• Handle trade-ins, ensuring accurate evaluation of used iPhones, Samsung phones, and iPads.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all refurbished devices.
• Provide after-sales support, answering questions about refurbished phones, warranties, and shipping.
• Assist in merchandising and presentation of devices for sale, both online and in-store.
