Job Summary: We are seeking Refurbishment Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves receiving, handling, cleaning, testing, and packaging electronic devices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities of Production * Receiving & Handling: Verify incoming deliveries against orders, label and allocate products, and maintain accurate records of stock movement. * Device Processing: Clean, test, grade, and value-add to electronic devices to prepare them for redistribution. * Cleaning: External inspection, sanitizing, and removal of non-original labels. * Testing: Functional testing, data wiping, and troubleshooting of devices. * Grading: Assessing physical condition and categorizing devices using a standardized grading system. * Value-Adding: Enhancing device features or services to increase value. Competencies/Skills/Abilities: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Excellent accuracy and quality control * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. * Proficient with Google Workplace or related software. Preferred Education and Experience: * Experience: No experience required! We provide on-the-job training. * Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required. Work Environment: Work is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment. There is little to no exposure to extreme environmental conditions and/or job hazards. No personal phones, smart watches, headphones or earbuds are allowed past the metal detector, on to the production floor.

Responsibilities

The role involves receiving, cleaning, testing, and grading electronic devices to prepare them for redistribution. Associates are also responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and enhancing device value.
