JOB OVERVIEW

This is a permanent full time role for a Refurbishment Projects Assistant located in the Office in Salfords, Surrey.
This is an idea role for someone who has some experience in the construction industry or looking to join the industry.

Full time Office based and will involve the following

  • Assisting Project Managers with day to day requests
  • Answering the phone
  • Managing the sales and admin emails
  • Gaining quotes from sub contractors and suppliers
  • Placing ordered with sub contractors and suppliers
  • Office admin such as typing up quotes and invoices, and keeping the filing systems organised.
  • Keeping the small warehouse area organised
  • Spending time getting onto tendering websites and making contact with prospective clients.
  • Project administration tasks
  • Knowledge of Windows software and Microsoft Office

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in dealing with clients and suppliers
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong Communication and Organisational Skills
  • Knowledge of Windows software and Microsoft Office
  • Must have good communication and sales skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in the fit-out or construction industry is a plus

    We are small with only 2 Directors in the Office. We are looking for an assistant who would be committed and dedicated to helping the company be streamlined and productive.
    Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm
