JOB OVERVIEW

To be accountable for the timely refurbish the equipment in agreed SLA levels.
To ensure equipment refurbished meets the required quality standards before sending out to clients.
To ensure follow the SOP for refurbishment process.
Work closely with production team to plan daily routine.
To be accountable for manage packing stuff threshold.

EXPERIENCE

Fresh/ minimal experience in refurbish IT equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Responsibilities

To Clean & Wipe the equipment and ensure dust/Glue m and sticker free before refurbishment process.
To refurbish the equipment based on order priority and requirement(ROC/SO/RMA)
To ensure there is no cosmetic damage during refurbishment.
To ensure packing of all equipment is done with the necessary protective items and measures which adheres to the SOP and standard guidelines given.
Ensure all equipment refurbished meets or exceeds the quality standard required.
To ensure packed items to be palletized/boxed and labelled properly according to SOP and order details .
To check and verify items asset-tag and quantity that are passed by production/RMA are according to the order form before refurbishment takes place.
To come up with new innovative ideas to improve daily productivity and/or the efficiency in refurbish equipment.
To ensure clean work environment at the refurbishment dept.
To ensure all flammable items are kept in an appropriate location.
To be accountable in updating daily task to the necessary supervisor and escalating if anything is out of the norm or unable to meet ETA .
