Position: Registration Scheduling Specialist Shift: 11PM-7AM (Every other Fri & Sat) Experience: Required: 2+ years of customer service experience. Excellent customer service and computer skills. Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting. Knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement. Education: High school diploma preferred. Licensures/Certifications: N/A

Responsibilities

The specialist acts as a primary point of contact for new patients, collecting and capturing accurate patient data while providing empathetic customer service. They are responsible for explaining financial responsibilities and available services to patients.
