Position: Registration Scheduling Specialist Shift: 11PM-7AM (Every other Fri & Sat) Experience: Required: 2+ years of customer service experience. Excellent customer service and computer skills. Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting. Knowledge of medical terminology. Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement. Education: High school diploma preferred. Licensures/Certifications: N/A

Responsibilities

The specialist acts as a primary point of contact for new patients, responsible for collecting and capturing accurate patient data while providing empathetic customer service. This role also involves educating patients regarding financial responsibilities and available services, and interacting with various internal and external medical staff.
