As a Medical Receptionist, Hyperbaric Tech & Patient Advocate, you will assist patients in and out of hyperbaric chambers, set them up on treatments, and most importantly serve as a compassionate guide, making them feel welcome, supported, and encouraged throughout their recovery.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Is over 21 years old and not in school or college, nor will be anytime soon.
Loves making an impact and being part of extraordinary patient recoveries.
Enjoys talking on the phone.
Is friendly, extroverted, and passionate about helping others.
Is looking for a place to make a difference—not a temporary job.
Is a team player, open to feedback, and always looking to improve.
Has sales experience and enjoys meaningful conversations, not just transactions.
Can handle not being on their cell phone during work hours (except breaks & emergencies).

Call new patients who requested info from facebook ads, overcome objections to help them schedule a free consultation to come in
Answer texts and phones
Use scheduling software
Explaining treatments offered over the phone and in person.
We only call those who have already requested information from us, NO COLD CALLING!
Get patients set up on treatments, into and out of hyperbaric oxygen chambers - it’s very easy, no experience necessary.
Sales experience to encourage patients to follow-through with treatment protocol from Dr. Ludlow.
