ABOUT US:
GBB Hair is a fast-growing professional hair extension company, specializing in providing premium quality hair extensions to stylists and salons across Canada! With a reputation for long-lasting high quality hair, we are looking for motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Representatives & Educators to represent our brand and grow our presence in Montreal.
This role is a part-time position (2-3 days a week) that combines both sales and education. You’ll be working with new and existing salon professionals to build relationships, generate sales, and support clients through product knowledge and training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· High understanding of hair extensions and techniques.
· Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and being independent.
· Valid full driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
EXPERIENCE:
· Sales Rep: 1 year (preferred)
· Education (preferred)
· Social Media (preferred)
· Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including salons, independent stylists and at-home salons.
· Understand and communicate the benefits, features and applications of various hair extension methods and communicate with clients what suits their needs best.
· Educate Professionals on GBB Hair Extensions’ Methods and Products.
· Lead and host educational sessions within your region.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and product innovations.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
· Support social media growth through content and engagement.
