Large deal项目执行与支持根据区域Large deal战略，协同区域制定并执行具体项目方案，确保落地效果以全国策略方案为指导，跟进项目各环节执行质量，推动持续优化识别项目执行中的问题与风险，提出改进建议，提升赢率与效率 2. 项目管理与跨部门协同协助统筹区域内Large deal项目，协调销售、市场、产品、工厂等相关团队资源以Account为基准，全周期管理多科室多产品项目组合落地和品牌提升参与分销商沟通与管理，推动项目顺利实施，提升Account维护粘性 3. 跨Segment临床方案管理和推动跟踪并解读区域医疗相关政策，设备配置标准、临床指南及行业标准解读以客户为中心，结合实际需求，通过跨segment组合产品方案。针对疾病病种联合segment深化方案和产品匹配度结合超声临床化和临床超声化方向，聚焦重点Account，建立相关模式和项目，追踪执行和落地 4. 市场策略和竞争工具分析区域市场特征，协同省份动态制定定制化省份竞争及策略密切协同Segment等多部门，分析整理综合产品和竞品竞争工具，推动和推广培训方案整合整理并推广成功项目经验，提升团队整体执行效率与能力 Qualifications 具备医疗行业销售或项目管理经验，熟悉大型项目（如大单、新建医院）执行流程。熟悉医疗设备（尤其是超声）产品及其临床应用，能根据客户需求整合跨Segment产品方案。具备项目统筹与跨部门协作能力，能协调销售、市场、产品、工厂等资源推动项目落地。具备客户导向思维，能围绕疾病病种深化解决方案设计，提升产品与临床需求的匹配度。具备市场分析与策略制定能力，能根据区域特征制定定制化竞争策略并推动落地。具备良好的沟通能力、执行力与团队协作意识，能推动项目成功实施并沉淀经验。 Inclusion and Diversity GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
