Role description: The Regional A&D Lead is responsible for coordinating and managing all A&D Framework Projects within their assigned region, ensuring consistency, governance, and alignment with the MSA contractual delivery model and The Arcadis Way. The position acts as the primary regional interface between the internal Centre of Excellence teams, Arcadis in country teams, and delivery partners to ensure quality, assurance, and project risk management throughout the lifecycle. Role accountabilities: Collaborate with the Operations Director to create project proposals and delivery teams that meet local regulations and industry standards. Build and maintain effective relationships with regional partners to facilitate successful project delivery, including setting up contracts or partnership agreements. Coordinate closely with Arcadis tax and legal teams to implement optimal delivery models and proactively manage risks. Maintain consistency in project delivery and account management deliverables regionally. Liaise with In-Country Lead Design Manager to manage and allocate resources across the region and ensure commercial outcomes are managed throughout the project while ensuring the project call offs follow required governance, due diligence, and risks mitigations specific to the project. Oversee monthly project reviews with the Lead Design Manager or Project Lead to meet KPIs and client goals. Participates in key project related meeting alongside the appointed subconsultant or parter working on the project, in particular meetings with the local in country Shell representatives. Captures and shares best practices, participate in annual townhalls, and ensure knowledge transfer across regions. Lead quarterly business performance reviews and related engagements with Shell Qualifications & Experience: Professional degree in Architecture or related field Experience in Workplace projects and global delivery frameworks, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and recognised industry standards. Experience in identifying and managing project specific risks Experience working with local tax and Legal teams to implement optimal delivery models and proactively manage risks.
