PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in patient access & reimbursement
  • Rare disease experience
  • Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and FDA requirements
  • Familiarity with and adherence to internal and OIG Compliance guidelines
  • Ability to handle difficult patient cases and resolve hurdles
  • Ability to work in team environment and manage communication with multiple partners to deliver results
  • Ability to respond immediately when necessary (within 24 hours)
  • Professional, proactive demeanor
  • Flexible and agile with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands with a high level of initiative and independence
  • Ability and willingness to travel to meetings, etc. including some overnight (>15%) required
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills

  • Strong computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to conduct web-based meetings
Responsibilities
  • Investigate & support access challenges during onboarding; liaise with field teams and SPs to uncover hurdles and move case forward
  • Monitor TAR and SP portals, meet regularly with DMs to support case inquiries
  • Report AE’s and product complaints through medical information
  • Identify and drive impactful solutions to solve strategic issues through project delivery
  • Provide insight and be a conduit to information that may inform strategy and decisions
  • Lead tactical execution of HCP and Patient Tool Ecosystem including brand driven materials
  • Manage vendor relationships and support remaining integration efforts.
  • Lead development, execution and field training on patient access resources (inclusive of new hire, S Meetings and All Staff training)
  • Work closely with the cross functional team including field sales, market access, matrix partners and SP partners
  • Adhere to professional standards compliance guidance, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements
  • Performs additional responsibilities as needed
