We are looking for a talented Key Account Director who will be working closely with our client, Zefr.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
PURPOSE
A Regional Key Account Director is a commercially oriented hybrid role spanning the reactive needs of key customers to ensure seamless activation, and the proactive needs of Zefr to grow and deepen relationships at all touch points of accounts. You will be responsible, and accountable, for the development, direction and delivery of Zefr’s key customer’s growth strategies. This is a hands-on contributor role, requiring knowledge of the walled garden ecosystem, client strategies and ideally first-hand experience working with one or more of the walled garden management platforms and dealing with brand custodians directly.
The primary function of Key Account Management is customer delight: you will handle all aspects of the day-to-day relationship with Zefr’s existing key customer-base from brief response to deep functional understanding of the account and people attached to it. You will be instrumental in developing the account to identify growth opportunity by product, market or platform. Outstanding customer management skills are fundamental, as are established contacts in the agency/brand world. The secondary function of the role is leveraging goodwill and exceptional reputation created within agency groups to source net-new client opportunity.
