THE ROLE
The Regional Account Director for Power Protection is accountable for setting and executing strategic direction across major regional and global Hyperscale, Colocation, and Enterprise accounts. The objective is to address customer requirements while safeguarding and expanding ABB’s Electrification portfolio. This includes achieving growth targets through both new customer acquisition and the development of existing relationships. In addition to individual sales responsibilities, the role necessitates extensive collaboration across the organization to ensure effective demand generation, strategic alignment, successful deal closure, and sustained customer satisfaction. A comprehensive understanding of the business models employed by ABB’s Power Protection clientele is essential.
This position requires demonstrated leadership, substantial experience in managing large-scale accounts, and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
