We are an established business of more than 30 years and are a growing local digital marketing company with clients throughout the Thompson Okanagan Valley and other parts of BC/ALTA. Members of our sales team receive exceptional training, have a base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped residual commissions (expected range of $10,000 to $50,000+), bonus opportunities, and full benefits package. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Must have sales experience. B2B is preferred.
This is not a remote enabled position. Must work and be located in the location territory.

This is a B2B sales role - client facing and often on deadline, with in-person introductions, consistent prospecting, and a fast paced, relatively quick sales cycle. As our team members introduce and explain our vast array of products for digital and some print advertising, we find that they become deeply networked in the community where they are located. They grow to become experts in sales, business development and marketing. Did we mention that there is also residual income from managing your accounts? You bet, you build your portfolio too, so income potential in years to come can be quite lucrative!
