Account Executive – Dallas 1. Job Summary: Knight Commercial seeks a motivated Account Executive with a background in the medical or healthcare industry to join our dynamic team. You will be much more than a salesperson; you will be a trusted advisor and an advocate for our clients, providing effective and efficient solutions to their most challenging problems. You will also spearhead the expansion of our presence in the local market by cultivating strong relationships with property managers, insurance companies/adjusters, and other clients/partners, while driving business growth and operational successes. When your client has an emergency, you may be the first person on-scene to direct/monitor the operations team/mitigators who will stabilize the scene, and those persons affected. For jobs that will total greater than $25,000 in revenue, you will hand them off to Operations Managers and/or Estimators and Project Directors for execution, while you maintain responsibility for the signatory documents and cash collection.
