Job Description We are looking for an energetic, highly driven individual to join our Sales team, based out of Singapore Office. As an Account Manager, you will be working closely with hardware engineers and purchasing contacts directly. The ability to develop an expertise in XP's power supply products with an in-depth knowledge of our industry are keys to success. Your areas of responsibilities include the following: Sales Management Prospect and identify new customers and opportunities in territories assigned. Manage and retain existing customer to develop new programs. Assist customer in resolving technical issues. Listen and understand customer needs and requirements to differentiate our solution from competitors. Update and maintain Salesforce Database Follow up and update on Project status. Follow up with customers and update on forecast To follow through the sales process from order to shipment. Customer Service Manage customer complaints and RMA returns. Maintain and update Salesforce Contact Database Maintain focus on the total customer experience in all interactions with customers and partners. Systems and Processes Improve effectiveness and efficiency on existing systems and work procedures. To work closely with the inside sales, quality engineers, application engineers with other supporting staffs Qualifications What You Bring: Proven Track Record – 3+ years of success in technical sales and industrial distribution, consistently exceeding targets. Technical Edge – Strong foundation in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with hands-on application experience. Business Savvy – Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
