Job Description CEDA is currently seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our team, supporting growth across Sudbury and Northern Ontario. Variety: changing work scopes from one day to the next – there is always a new challenge Key Duties and Responsibilities Help us grow our business and relationships by building strong, lasting partnerships with clients while spotting new opportunities to expand CEDA’s presence across Sudbury and Northern Ontario Drive results by creating and executing smart, market-focused plans that deliver on regional growth goals Champion our reputation for safety, reliability and performance in the industrial sector and help clients see the full value of our services Manage client engagement, opportunities, and pipeline activity using CRM tools (Salesforce) to keep deals moving and insights flowing Partner with operations and project teams to ensure every project kicks off smoothly and delivers an exceptional client experience Work alongside the Director of Business Development to align our regional sales goals with CEDA’s overall strategy and service capabilities Provide regular updates, forecasts and insights that help guide decisions and demonstrate your impact Be the face of CEDA! Represent CEDA at client meetings, industry events and within the community. Help build visibility and making connections that matter. Other duties as assigned Role Specifications: A Minimum of 7 years of experience in the industrial sector Minimum combined 5 years direct sales and/or management experience with emphasis on partnering with clients A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is preferred, but we also value technical training or hands-on field experience Skills: You are an exceptional relationship builder with the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, communication, and results You think outside the box with skills in identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and executing plans that align with regional and organizational goals Strong Communication is key! Clear, confident, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication and comfortable engaging with clients at all levels. Solid understanding of the industrial sector and the ability to represent CEDA’s services and capabilities with credibility and confidence.
